The Chicago End-of-Life Care Coalition provides speakers for neighborhood associations and other community groups, religious organizations, schools, senior centers, and professional groups throughout the Chicago area.
Doctors, nurses, social workers, hospice caregivers, and other CECC participants with a personal understanding of the issues associated with end-of-life care are available by arrangement through the CECC. Speakers can address a wide range of topics associated with death and dying, such as pediatric palliative care, advance care planning, fundamentals of hospice and palliative care, how to communicate with doctors and caregivers, preparing emotionally for the death of a loved one and considerations for actions after that death.
CECC speakers promote universal excellence in end-of-life care.
For more information or to arrange a speaker, contact the CECC through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use the term “speaker” in the subject line.
